TC Lending was established in 1999 by Tammy Burgess and Candy Brock both of Anderson, South Carolina. Tammy and Candy had both worked in the mortgage industry before opening their own mortgage company. Their desire to open their own business was based on wanting to offer their customers the best service possible. TC Lending currently has 5 mortgage originators. Tammy Burgess, Candy Brock, Donna Coleman, and April Howell are all located in the Anderson office.
TC Lending prides itself on customer service. Our originators always have their cell phones with them and are available to you after hours and weekends.
We will do our best to close your loan in a timely manner, usually 2 or 3 weeks at the most.
